He is such a fanboy! I love when he says that he's used to not understanding what they're saying or not understanding what they're singing. I can SO relate. XD He's a fan of them and he doesn't even understand the language!!!

They spent about 6 minutes talking about KARA. Almost a third of the show's running time. I wonder why? Is KARA going to debut in Japan soon? I guess if he was a fan of a male idol group they might not have been able to talk about it. Or am I just being to cynical? Is there no ulterior motive here???

I watched the whole ep and OMG the octopus donburi. The tentacles were still moving!!!

My favourite thing in the world ever, Arashi, is having an awesome year.

It's been 2 years today since I became an Arashi fan. I think without being an Arashi fan I wouldn't have wanted to learn about Japanese culture and language. I would have been still stuck in my little bubble and without a goal. I never thought about travelling to Japan before. Or even working in Japan, which I hope to do some day. Never thought about learning another language if it weren't for them.

Because of them I've had to up my internet plan (^.^), learn how to find and download things off the net, how to buy things from online stores and how to set up a PayPal account. Because of them now I have this enormous love of Japanese food especially ramen. I had karaage cheese curry ramen today. SO GOOD.

So, thank you Arashi. So, so much. (I sound like such a fangirl ... but, well. To be honest I am, right?)

The phone strap reminded me of the pig phone strap in "Smile" and the cute little pouch thing is where I keep my phone now so it doesn't get scratched. XD

Like everyone on the net has posted. Arashi is going to have a 5 dome tour and a 3 days of consecutive concerts at Tokyo National Stadium. Plus a "best of" compilation CD is going to be released. SO YAY!

I'm in Japan in November. If I can get tickets (which seems really hard) I'm in Japan in time for the Sapporo Dome concerts.

It seems, though, like a normal concert tour. I wanted something else too. Maybe they have something else up their sleeves.

Do you know what I want to see? Like a TV special with them, with clips from when they were in Johnnys Jrs til now. I just saw a clip of a really little Sho (voice is so different) and there must be more clips like floating around. XD

Well, now that I'm distracted myself thoroughly, back to studying.

I got my Arashi DVD (plus KCE World Series DVD) this morning. I was asleep and my auntie brought the package into my room.

Yesterday I went to the city with Jaimie. Had some ramen, bought my brother a $40 Japanese car magazine and bought myself these ... I'm such an impulse buyer.


I've always wanted to buy An An magazine. But I always talk myself out of it. I thought this was sold out. But apparently not. Also, their 5th anniversary photobook! I was going to buy this off YesAsia but found it Kinokuniya instead. And CAMPUS notebooks. I wish they didn't cost 3 dollars and something each because it makes me feel wasteful when I use it. But I suppose they were meant to be used! I can't buy anything for a while because I bought stuff when I told myself that I wasn't going to buy stuff. That is, until SWITCH magazine comes out with Arashi on the cover. XD

Also, found some Japanese manga in Kinokuniya for around 8 and 9 bucks. All in Japanese. That'd be useful for study. Plus it's cheaper than translated manga. I wish we had a manga library in Australia. Or is there one that I don't know about it? Or normal libraries can just stock manga as well. It's so expensive to buy. I get that you can read them online but it's not the same feel as reading it in your hands. Jaimie lent me the first volume of "Yotsuba&". It's so cute and I totally laughed out loud.

Btw, by the time I've typed and posted this, Music Station would have already aired in Japan right? ETA: Actually no. I thought Music Station aired at 6pm but it airs at 8. It's not 8 there yet!

So the new single. 3 versions. The Limited Edition A version, with Arashi and not Ohno on the cover, is already sold out on YesAsia. When's the next time Ohno's going to be solo on a single cover? But I'm trying to cut back on Arashi buying. Plus I still have to get the calendar and the DVD. DVD is first on my list. Approximately $93 Australian dollars. Gah. I don't think the gift card I got for Christmas is enough!!!

Still haven't watch Boys Over Flowers. My net is shaped and I'm going to wait for subs. I feel like the next few episodes are not going to happy ones so I'm just going to wait. I can't stand the angst.

I watch up to episode 7 of My Lovely Sam Soon. I knew at the end of that ep it was going to rough for the main couple for a while so I read ahead and now I don't have to watch it anymore. So, yay, for me I guess??

Currently watching it and they're introducing the athelete team and it has that gymnast guy that I was totally perving on during the Olympics. xP That soccer guy is pretty cute too.

Poster for Johnny's Calendars from Kinokuniya. I think they're taking customer orders for them. I think. I wasn't really paying attention. I was surprised at the poster and the numerous magazines with Arashi on the cover. TOO MANY!!!

Also, the Naruto manga boxset, vol. 1 - 27 is like 300 hundred dollars. I want to get my cousin that for his birthday. He'll love me forever. I'm going to buy their love! And I want to buy the Death Note boxset for myself. My birthday's in 4 months or something. Maybe I should be dropping hints to my friends. xP

No Toma? Or maybe it was a blink and miss it moment.

I love Johnnys when they're all together like that. Like a family.

And seriously, Arashi! Hosting it again and in their 10th year. I reckon their senpais love them so much.

And every time I look at Yamapi now, I'm reminded of Kim Hyun Joong.

Talking about kpop, trying to download all 3 of their end of year shows. So many! And why don't people torrent these things. Clubbox is way slow.

Currently downloading Odoroki no Arashi 5. I just watched Adam Hills Live on ABC2 and I laughed so much. Feel like laughing more.

I couldn't stop smiling throughout all of Johnnys Countdown. It was so much love.

I'm not American but I was looking forward to watching the election coverage but I was out all day. It was around 4 something in the afternoon and I was at my cousin's house. We were knocking on their door but they couldn't hear us because they were listening to Obama's victory speech in the other room.

So yay for America. I think the internet's going to be full of "YAYS" today.

That's all ... it's for my own recollection ... like you know, where you were on this historic day.

ETA: Also, was watching Wowowee (??) on TFC and there was a girl, I think partly Japanese or studying it. And she was a contestant for some beauty pageant thing. And she sang First Love by Utada Hikaru. Thought that was kinda cool.

ETA2: I sorta regret not buying the Beautiful days single now. It's really pretty. But the dollar's shite. I want to swap my copies of One Love with Beautiful days. SIGH.

You can see I think a clip of MatsuJun and Inoue Mao promoting HYDF on the big screen outside. I was looking for any Arashi related stuff out the window. I thought that was cool.

Was just watching the latest Arashi no Shukudai. And they're asking for image submissions for DAIGO.

I just saw DAIGO on that show with the KinKi Kids (Domoto Kyoudai?). He's kinda cute and he was funny in the interview. I'm excited for that.

... I need some recommendations for karaoke (not places. songs).

And because I'm not up with my KPop. I YouTubed Wonder Girls. They're pretty good and catchy. And I saw the MV for KISS's "Because I'm a Girl". And I've got to say KPop put a lot of effort into their MVs.

Oh, and went to Kinokuniya today and Ohno's solo photobook, you know the paparazzi non-official one, is sold out. Whilst MatsuJun and Nino's one is still there. Arashi's newest photobook is selling well whereas Yamapi's Kursagi photobook has a lot left behind. ^^
