watched it too... coz it got high ratings and hiro as a rookie cop. kimutaku being the main was possibly a factor... (who am i kidding, it was the factor.)
that opening sequence was unexpected. i thought he was undercover too; then spent the rest of the sequence wondering why hirosue ryoko was around.
kimutaku's just...kimutaku. his acting style hasn't changed a bit, but somehow it's still "mesmerising". his charm annoys me, but i can't help but be back for more.
makes me want to watch 2046 again...orz.

Most of Kimura's dramas get high ratings, right? Despite the overall quality of the drama.

I have 2046 somewhere in my DVD collection ... still unwatched. Maybe I 'll watch it in tomorrow's public holiday ...

I was thinking about downloading it or not, 'cause it was so large. But now I think I'll give it a try!

From other people's reviews it seems that this one is one to watcht this jdrama season. Still have to download ep 2. i'm downloading the really big one this time. Just the second biggest one (which is still like a 1gb or more xD )
